I use COACHING techniques such as SMART goal setting, quality questioning and strong listening skills to adapt your course to your needs. I not only TEACH you the skills, I MOTIVATE you to practise and build your CONFIDENCE when using English. I will guide you to practise your skills in both the lesson and where you work. In this way your English will be constantly EVOLVING inside and outside of our virtual classroom.

2019 - to present Online Business English CoachAfter over 20 years of building my presential teaching skills, in 2019 I took my BUSINESS ENGLISH COACHING skills ONLINE.
I use platforms like ZOOM, SKYPE and MICROSOFT TEAMS to create an interactive and immersive virtual classroom.
I provide students with a PERSONALISED Google Drive folder which ACCOMPANIES them throughout their LEARNING JOURNEY.
The courses are extremely STRUCTURED beginning with a trial lesson/strategy session to establish SMART goals and LEARNING NEEDS and finishing with EVALUATION of achievements against goals.
In my course learners know exactly where they are going in their LEARNING JOURNEY and how to achieve success in ENGLISH, in both BUSINESS and in LIFE!
I have used this coaching process, to coach over 500 learners since launching online, in a variety of different multinational companies, receiving very strong feedback and seeing huge improvements in English performance.

This three month course was a fantastic opportunity to enhance my existing coaching skills in an English teaching scenario.
I performed extremely well in the course, achieving a grade A and positive feedback from my tutors (certificate and final report below).
This course provided the perfect opportunity to move into my current role of Business English Coach.
